This one is not for the faint hearted! If you are not used to celery juice, start out with a few straight celery juices before moving to a celery cleanse. Is it good for you? Yes. Is it kind of intense in taste? Also yes. For those familiar with celery juice, yes we do use stem only (unless requested otherwise) to reduce the bitterness.
Celery is known to be amazing for a range of reasons. Potentially aiding in Reducing inflammation, high blood pressure, weight loss, bloating, etc. it also contains a range of antioxidants beneficial to your body.
We use a commercial grade cold press juicer to get as many of these nutrients out as possible so that you get the most out of your cleanse.
You get 3 x 500ml bottles of each combination:
- On this cleanse you will start the day with a straight celery juice. It is the best way to start the day.
- Next we have a combination of celery, apple, carrot, beetroot and ginger. A great energiser to keep you moving.
- The afternoon bottle consists of celery, kale, mint, pineapple and grapefruit. Slight sweetness to get you through that afternoon slump.
- Then we finish off the day with a intense combination of celery, ginger and lemon. You’ll thank me later.
PLEASE READ IN REGARD TO DELIVERY:
We are based in Erina Fair on the Central Coast in NSW. We offer delivery to the Central Coast Suburbs on a Monday. Regular drop off points are Erina, Wamberal, Terrigal, Avoca, Springfield, Tuggerah, Tumbi Umbi, Ourimbah, and surrounds. Unfortunately, at this stage we are not offering delivery outside of this area. Once your order has been placed, we will be in contact to organise a delivery time.
